Avito to get 25% in recruiting service GigAnt for investment

MOSCOW, Dec 21 (PRIME) -- Russian online classifieds service Avito will get 25% in line personnel recruiting service GigAnt in exchange for investment, and the companies will launch a joint service to search for temporary staff in January–March 2021, Avito said on Monday in a statement.

The amount of investment was not disclosed. The deal is to be signed on Monday.

GigAnt helps retailers and food service companies, among others, hire temporary workers. The joint project will make it possible to use GigAnt’s technologies in Avito’s application.
